I just don't understand how they get away with this

You know we constantly read about stories concerning censorship and strick guidelines being forced upon television and the gaming industry, and this seems like the two industries as a whole are getting beaten into submission. But then something like this shines through, and quite frankly it makes me drop my jaw.



How in God's green Earth did those crazy bastards at South Park get away with dropping arguably the most lewd of all the 4 letter words multiple times on cable? Don't get me wrong, I think it's hilarious and absolutely fantastic... but damn.

Remember when NYPD Blue aired an episode with the unsensored word "shit" in the episode? oo, ah, fancy. South Park parodied them on that one, and then numerous years later they slapped that show in its proverbial wang by repeating a fairly viral depiction of female genitalia.

Thanks South Park, you keep reminding us that popularity can prevent persecution, well, unless you're Howard Stern of course.
